Romania 2026: How to watch

For the next 12 days, four cities in Romania - Pitești, Mioveni, Craiova and Râmnicu Vâlcea - will be the hosts of the 2026 IHF Women's Youth World Championship, the third edition of the competition with 32 teams at the start, spanning between 29 July and 9 August.
All 32 teams will be in action on the first two days in the preliminary round, with a rest day before the end of this phase of the competition. Then, the main round and the President's Cup will start, with the final week hosting the business end of this edition of the world handball flagship competition for Under-18 players.
Handball fans across the world can follow the event across all four courts via the IHF YouTube Competitions Channel (geo-blocking restrictions will apply for some territories).
In addition to the live stream, you will be permanently connected to the action in the Romania and wherever you are, there are many ways to follow.
