The 2022 Men's and Women's South and Central American Beach Handball Championship took place in Maceió, Brazil from 10 to 13 April.

The event served as qualification for the 2022 IHF Men's and Women's Beach Handball World Championships in Greece and for The World Games 2022 in Birmingham, USA.
