The World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) has released the 2019 List of Prohibited Substances and Methods, the 2019 Summary of Major Modifications and Explanatory Notes and the 2019 Monitoring Program. 

The List of Prohibited Substances and Methods, which comes into effect on 1 January 2019, is updated annually and is "one of the cornerstones of the global anti-doping programme", according to  WADA Director General Olivier Niggli.
