Women’s Preliminary Round: Group A
With the places for the main and consolation rounds already decided going into the matches today, there is just pride and positioning to play for with Hungary looking to confirm their top spot with a win over Chinese Taipei.

If the Asian side were to win, combined with a Croatia win (against American Samoa), all teams would be on eight points each and then mathematics would decide the group winner.

Russia play Mauritius in the other game, with the Europeans looking to end a disappointing campaign so far with their second win in a row.
