Women’s Main Round: Day 2
The first match of the day could see the start of a set of results which will see Chinese Taipei qualify through to the semi-finals, should they beat Argentina in the second match of the session.

That opening game sees Croatia and Paraguay play each other with the Croats knowing a win against the bottom team will guarantee them a final four place, even if they end the day joint on points with Chinese Taipei - should they beat the hosts later - after the Europeans beat them 2:0 on the second matchday.

If Croatia lose and the Asian team lose it is the same progression as both teams start the day on two points each. A win for Chinese Taipei against the hosts in the second match, combined with a Croatia loss will mean a semi-final spot for the Asian team.

A win for Argentina will put the pressure on both Hungary and Netherlands in the final match, with the group winners title up for grabs.

Turkey will look to confirm their third place position in the group with a win over Mauritius, while Hong Kong and American Samoa have the most to play for as the winner will go through to the 9/10 placement match and the losers through to the 11/12 match.
