The job of a referee is one of great skill, focus and dedication. The pressure that comes along with the job is enormous, as one wrong call can completely change the outcome of a game.

 Reporters from the International Handball Federation had the opportunity to follow two referees around for a day to find out what they do to physically and mentally prepare for a game. Enjoy!
