The 40th Ordinary IHF Congress will be held from 19 to 22 December in Cairo, Egypt.

In accordance with Article 13.1.7 of the IHF Statutes, the IHF has ensured that all relevant stakeholders, including member federations and Continental Confederations, have timely access to the official working documents required for the Congress. These materials were distributed on 21 November 2025 to facilitate appropriate preparation and informed discussion on the agenda items.

To support broad participation and accessibility, the working documents have been made available in six languages: English, French, German, Spanish, Arabic, and Russian. This commitment enables engaged and effective contributions from delegates around the world. The IHF Activity Report for the period 2023–2025 and the Four-Year Plan for 2026–2029 are presented in English only, due to their archival nature and specialized content.

Hard copies of the working documents will also be delivered on site for all the participants of the IHF Congress.
