Following the conclusion of the semi-finals in the women’s handball competition at the Paris 2024 Olympic Games, the last two matches in the competition, the gold medal match and the bronze medal match are now set.

France and Norway will face off for the first time in history in an Olympics final in the women's handball competition, after the two sides secured wins in the semi-finals. France beat Sweden, 31:28, in extra-time, while Norway took a 25:21 win over Denmark.

Both the men’s and the women’s medal matches in the handball competition at the Paris 2024 Olympic Games will take place in the Stade Pierre Mauroy in Lille. The women’s competition will see the two matches played on Saturday, 10 August, while in the men’s competition, the medal matches are scheduled on 11 August.
