Three youth (U18) and four junior (U20) national teams from Central Asia will participate in the Women's IHF Trophy Asia Zone 3 which will take place from 2 to 6 March 2023 in the Pakistani city of Faisalabad.

The matches will be played in two venues: A.C.Hall, G.C, University Faisalabad, which is the main venue, and Handball Stadium, University of Agriculture.

The youth teams of Pakistan, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan will play in a double round-robin format, so all the teams will face each other twice to determine the winner.

The junior competition will have a different format: four teams (Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Pakistan and Uzbekistan) will play a round-robin tournament from 2 to 4 March. Then the best two teams will meet in the final on 6 March, while two other sides will fight for the third position the day before. 

The winners of both events will qualify for the continental stage of the Women's IHF Trophy.
