In April 2020, top handball stars from around the world helped us deliver the important message to stay at home in order to do everything we, the global handball community, could to combat the COVID-19 pandemic and support healthcare workers.   
 
Now, it’s your turn to star in a similar video: Help us celebrate the start of International Handball Week by taking part in the global handball relay!  
 
To participate, simply send a short video clip of yourself: 

• Centred in a horizontal shot 
• Receiving the ball from your right side 
• Passing the ball to your left 

Hint: Copy the action of the players in the ‘stay at home’ video. 
 
You must give your consent for use of your video. Your clip cannot be included if this form has not been completed. 
 
Be sure to represent your favourite team or your own team or even your country by wearing something special. For your clip to be included in the global handball relay, which will be shown on IHF channels on 12 July 2022, we must receive it no later than Friday 17 June 2022. Videos should be submitted here.
 
We can accept only one video per household, so please feel free to include more than one person in your video if you would like.
