The Zone 3 (Central Asia) women's youth and junior tournaments of the IHF Trophy Asia will take place in Faisalabad, Pakistan from 2 to 6 March 2023.

The event serves as qualification event for the Continental Phase of the Women's IHF Trophy Asia.
