The Zone 2 (South-Central Asia) women's youth and junior tournaments of the IHF Trophy Asia were staged in Dhaka, Bangladesh from 13 to 17 May 2023.

The event serves as qualification event for the Continental Phase of the Women's IHF Trophy Asia.
