The ANOC World Beach Games 2023 was scheduled to be staged from 5 to 12 August in Bali, Indonesia, with beach handball featured. On 5 July 2023, ANOC announced that this edition of the event is cancelled, as the Indonesian Olympic Committee (KOI) has withdrawn from its commitment to host the event.
