The 25th Asian Men's Club League Handball Championship was staged in Isfahan, Islamic Republic of Iran, from 1 to 10 June 2023.

PARTICIPATING TEAMS

The draw for the event was staged at the Asian Handball Federation Headquarter, South Surrah, Kuwait on Thursday, April 6 2023. The eleven participating teams were divided into two groups, as follows:

Group A: Foolad Mobarakeh Sepahan SC (IRI), India Club (IND), Oman Club (OMA), Kazma SC (KUW), Al-Rayyan Club (QAT)

Group B: Al-Kuwait Club (KUW), Junior Club (CHN), Tashkent Club (UZB), Al-Duhail Club (QAT), Shahid Shameli Kazeroon Club (IRI), Al-Najma Club (BRN)
