The Central American Zone men's youth and junior tournaments of the IHF Trophy South and Central America will be held in Managua, Nicaragua from 16 to 20 April 2024.

The event serves as qualification event for the Continental Phase of the Men's IHF Trophy South and Central America.

The following teams participate in both the youth and the junior tournaments:
