The 2023 South and Central American Women's Youth and Junior Championships will take place in Buenos Aires, Argentina from 14 to 25 November, with the junior competition being staged from 14 to 18 November and the youth competition from 21 to 25 November.

The event serves as qualification event for the IHF World Championships, while the best-ranked teams, from the ones that participate in the IHF Trophy South and Central American Zone, will qualify for the Intercontinental Phase of the IHF Trophy.
