The 2022 South and Central American Men's Youth and Junior Championships were staged in Buenos Aires, Argentina from 8 to 12 November 2022. The best-ranked teams, from the ones that participate in the IHF Trophy South and Central American Zone, qualified for the Intercontinental Phase of the IHF Trophy.
