The Central American Qualification for the 2021 South and Central American Women's Championship was staged in El Salvador from 5 to 7 August.

The event featured the teams of Nicaragua, El Salvador and Costa Rica and was the first stage of the South and Central American qualification for the 25th IHF Women's World Championship, thus granting the winner a direct place to the 2021 South and Central American Women's Championship to be played in Paraguay in October.

Ultimately, Nicaragua finished first by beating El Salvador (29:19) as well as Costa Rica (25:23).
