The 37th Men's and Women's African Club Cup Winners Championships took place in Meknes, Morocco from 24 August to 2 September 2021. Originally scheduled to be staged from 20 to 29 May, the African Handball Confederation decided to postpone the event due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The 36th edition of the event, which was supposed to be held last year, was cancelled by the African Handball Confederation as a result of the COVID-19 outbreak. 

Al Ahly (Egypt) won the men's tournament, while Petro de Luanda (Angola) claimed the women's title.
