The programme allows coaches officially recognised by their National Federation and active in their country to benefit from continuous high-level training and acquire experience and know-how, which they will then be responsible for placing at the service of their national sports system.

The purpose of these scholarship programmes is to give insights about important principles of coach education in the areas of sports science, sports-specific training and distance learning across various sports. In addition, they provide the participants with an opportunity to get in touch with coaches from other sports.
