The 2021 Women's North American and the Caribbean Championship took place in the United States of America from 22 to 25 August.

Organised by USA Team Handball, the championship was played under strict COVID-19 protocols at The Centre of Elgin recreation centre in the middle of Elgin, a city a little more than 60 kilometres northwest of Chicago.

The championship served as qualification event for the 25th IHF Women's  World Championship in Spain.
