The Men’s and Women’s World Championships are the flagship events of the International Handball Federation and at the IHF Council meeting in Herning, Denmark, on the fringe of the 26th IHF Men’s World Championship, it will be time to determine the hosts of the 2025 Senior World Championships.

 

So far, the International Handball Federation has received the following bids:

 

2025 IHF Men’s World Championship bidders

 

- joint bid Denmark/Norway/Switzerland

- Croatia

- Serbia

 

2025 IHF Women’s World Championship bidders

 

- Republic of Korea

- Serbia

 

But not only World Championships are in demand – the Saudi Arabian Handball Federation already have expressed their intent to host a men’s IHF Super Globe in the future (click on the link below for more information).
