The Men's 19 EHF Championship 2021 in North Macedonia was staged from 9 to 15 August.

Seven teams participated in the event in Skopje. Three teams started in group A and four played from group B, with the top two teams of each group after the preliminary round advancing directly to the semi-finals.

Group B: Switzerland, Ukraine, Georgia, Bosnia Herzegovina
