Three youth and just as many junior national teams, who won the tournaments in their geographical zones earlier this year, are ready to compete at the Women's IHF Trophy Continental Phase Asia, which will be staged in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, from 6 to 11 November 2023.

Overall, the national teams from four countries will be represented in Tashkent. Uzbekistan and Hong Kong will take part in both competitions, and besides, Bangladesh will play in the youth (U17) tournament, and India are set to participate in the junior (U19) event.

The winners of both tournaments will qualify for the Intercontinental Phase of the Women's IHF Trophy. The matches at both age groups will be held at the Republican Center of preparation for Olympic & Paralympic Sports.

Both events will be played in a double round-robin format, so the teams will meet each other twice. On Monday 6 November, the opening ceremony at 14:00 (local time) will be followed by two games: the youth teams of Uzbekistan and Hong Kong are scheduled to meet at 15:00, and junior teams of Uzbekistan and India will face off at 17:00.
