2025 IHF Men's Club World Championship: All-Star team announced

Following the conclusion of the 2025 IHF Men’s Club World Championship, with the 31:30 extra-time win for FC Barcelona against Veszprém HC, the All-Star team of the competition has been announced.
Three players from FC Barcelona, the winners of the competition, have been included in the All-Star team, including the top goalkeeper, Emil Nielsen, the scorer of the decisive goal, Aleix Gomez Abello, and left back Timothey N’Guessan.
Another three players from Veszprém HC – the runners-up, were part of the All-Star team, with the MVP, Rodrigo Corrales, the best right back, Ivan Martinović and the best left wing, Hugo Descat, with the latter being also the top goal scorer of the competition, with 28 goals.
Corrales, the MVP, had 16 saves in the final against Barcelona and 45 throughout the whole competition, for an outstanding saving efficiency, of 40.6%.
Third-placed side SC Magdeburg had two players in the All-Star team, with centre back GĂsli Kristjánsson and line player Magnus Saugstrup rounding up the best team of the competition.
The top goal scorer of the competition was Hugo Descat, with 28 goals, followed by two Sharjah SC players – Mahmoud Radwan (26 goals) and Mouadh Ayari (24 goals).
