Player changes: USA, Denmark, Germany

USA coach Julio Sainz has made his first squad change at Spain 2019, replacing Marko Babic with Logan Per Eriksson. 17-year-old Eriksson plays his club handball for Eskilstuna Guif in Sweden and has scored 35 goals in 20 matches for the USA.

Denmark have also made a change, swapping left wings, with GOG’s 21-year-old Emil Jakobsen coming in for Frederik Iversen. Jakobsen has scored 14 goals in two appearances for his national side.

Martin Heuberger has made a squad change for Germany too, bringing his team up to the full 16-player squad allowed at Spain 2019 after adding Eintracht Hagen’s left back Lukas Kister. The 20-year-old has scored 16 goals in 17 matches for the national team.

Kosovo (15 players), Australia (14) and Nigeria (12) are also eligible to announce late registrations during the championship too.
