The latest instalment in the series will take place on Tuesday, 22 October, from 14:00 CEST, and will deliver an interesting theme, “Navigating Supplements: Reducing your risk of an anti-doping violation”.
This session will cover essential topics, including the types of supplements commonly used by athletes, the associated risks highlighted through real-world case studies, and the importance of batch testing of supplements for substances prohibited in sport. These are just some of the topics breached throughout the webinar.
This session, led by experts Terence O’Rorke from Informed Sport and Jeni Pearce, Performance Nutritionist from High Performance Sport New Zealand, will provide athletes with practical strategies and tips on how to make the most out of their nutrition and lifestyle to support the performance.
This webinar will be highly interactive, as the previous ones, with the participants being able to ask questions and share their thoughts at the end of the presentations shared by the panellists.
