From 1 to 17 December 2017 the world’s best women’s teams will compete in the 23rd IHF Women’s World Championship in Germany. Following several requests from international TV stations and in order to ideally place the matches of the 2017 Women’s World Championship on the corresponding TV markets, the International Handball Federation has decided, upon request of TV rights holder beIN Sports and in coordination with the Organising Committee of Germany 2017, to amend the throw-off times of the following matches accordingly:



- 05 December: Match no 29, ROU-ESP, will be played at 20:30 (instead of 18:00)

- 05 December: Match no 33, FRA – PAR, will be played at 18:00 (instead of 20.30)



- 05 December: Match no 35, DEN-TUN, will be played at 20:30 (instead of 20:15)

- 08 December: Match no 59, DEN-RUS, will be played at 20:30 (instead of 20:15)



- 03 December: Match no 24, CHN-NED, will be played at 18:00 (instead of 20:30)

- 03 December: Match no 20, KOR-GER, will be played at 20:30 (instead of 18:00)

- 06 December: New throw-off times for all matches have been defined, following a request from the local security authorities due to a football Champions League match in Leipzig at 20:30, which requires highest police attention:

- Match no 38, CMR-KOR, will start at 12:00

- Match no 42, SRB-NED, will start at 15:30

- Match no 40, GER-CHN, will start at 18:00
